Pars Shahriar Mushroom Farming and Industry Company was established in 1991 with the aim of operating in the field of mushroom cultivation and related industries and activities, and its central button mushroom cultivation farm is currently operating with a production capacity of 2000 tons per year. Considering the company’s focus on the quality of its products, since 2010, it has established a quality management system in the form of the international standard ISO 9001:2008 and in the same year it succeeded in obtaining the said certificate from TUV Germany. In addition to the above certificate, in line with the customer-oriented plan, in 2011, it established a customer satisfaction system in the form of the international certificate ISO10002:2004 and in the same year it succeeded in obtaining the said certificate from ASYS Spain.
Considering the increase in mushroom production in the country in recent years and the capacity of the units under construction, as well as the consumption and elasticity of the country’s fresh mushroom market, and in order to provide the necessary infrastructure for mushroom export, the construction of a specialized mushroom processing industry unit seemed very necessary. For this reason, after conducting initial studies and obtaining the necessary permits, the company began its construction in 2010. By purchasing and installing specialized machinery for mushroom processing industries, manufactured in Western European countries, and providing other necessary machinery, the specialized and very modern mushroom processing industry unit, which is unique in its kind in the country, was put into operation at the beginning of 2012. Currently, in addition to supplying processed mushrooms required for domestic consumption in canned form, it contributes significantly to supplying blanched and canned mushrooms required by restaurants, hotels, etc. It supplies and supplies the mushrooms required by restaurants, hotels, catering establishments, and food industries in their required packaging in a completely hygienic manner.
